Hi All!!
As the leaves begin to turn up north, Irv and I look forward to meeting many of you at the different shows and venues we will be attending this year. The first is the Annapolis Boat Show Power Boat Week. ( October 15-18,2015) We will keep you posted and have a list of our schedule for 2015-2016.
We are beginning to feel a bit of a change here as well. Fall is in the air. The mornings and evenings are a bit cooler, but as the sun begins to set earlier, we are still enjoying nice warm temperatures. (There is definitely something to be said for watching Sunday football in a bathing suit!)
The Gulf waters are still warm, and boating is still a great option. There are many restaurants to be able to boat to and dock along the Sarasota Bay. Here are some options all along Longboat Key.
From the Arts and Cultural scene, The Van Wezel has begun its fall schedule of concerts, shows, and events, as well as all the other venues around town. Something for everyone, including some of the best shopping and dining in the country. Official Sarasota Website

We have been seeing home prices increase all over the country, and even though it is not season, we have been seeing it here as well.
It is not too early to think about heading south, and purchasing your dream home, either to relocate permanently, or a “run-away” from the winter cold.
