It's Finally Here!! The University Town Center Mall opened right on schedule on October 16th

It is a state of the art beauty, and with the arrival of stores we have not seen before here in Sarasota (we now have our own Apple Store) you can spend a delightful time walking around and shopping. We are celebrating the great restaurants that have opened as well, such as Brio Tuscan Grille, and Cheesecake Factory.

As we now feel that cool breeze in the morning another special time of year begins as the pumpkins make their appearance. It is time for the Farmers' markets to kick in to full gear.

The Sarasota Farmers Market downtown on Saturday mornings has returning booths that have been missing since the summer. Wooden Farms is back, and that always signals fall.

There is also the Bradenton Farmers Market on Saturday Mornings, and the Phillipi Farmers Market on Wednesdays now open as well.

The busy social and event season begins in October, and now includes many exciting happenings at the Nathan Benderson Rowing Park.
