Buyer's Agent – Why go it Alone?

Happy Spring to all! Whew – what a winter it has been! Irv and I want to say how nice it was to be able to meet so many of you at the shows in Tyson's Corner Virginia., and Dallas Texas in March. As always, there are all kinds of events going on around here from art festivals, concerts, regattas, and life learning lecture series.

With so many coming down to visit this time of year, I want to focus on something very important for you the buyer.

A Buyer's Agent- what is it, and why is it important?

In this age of technology, we have access to information that is evolving more and more each day.
So then we ask ourselves:
Is a buyer's agent really necessary?
The answer is YES.

First of all know that you, the buyer do not pay for our services. We are compensated by the "seller", whether it be new or resale- So why would you not want to take advantage of this service?

A Buyer's agent is your advocate as well as your advisor. It is someone who is looking out for your best interests, not just a gatekeeper. In 2013, we were able to save our clients over $600,000 in their real estate costs.

For one of the most important transactions in your lives, you want someone who is trustworthy, honest, and reliable working for you. We work as a team that includes some of the top rated real estate attorneys, home inspectors insurance and mortgage companies in the Sarasota area.

We look forward to helping you live your dream, whether it be purchasing a vacation home, or permanent relocation.

Until then – Enjoy !!!! Leslie
